Pahlawan4D operates under international anti-money laundering (AML) and responsible gaming obligations that require us to verify the identity of our players. Pahlawan4D offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. By accepting any bonus, you agree to the applicable terms and wagering requirements.

General bonus terms applicable across all promotions:

• Bonuses are awarded in the form of bonus credits, which are held in a separate bonus balance. Wagering requirements must be fully met before bonus-derived winnings may be transferred to the real-money balance and withdrawn.

General betting rules applicable to all products:

• Bets are final once confirmed by the Platform. Players should verify all bet details before confirmation, as accepted bets cannot be cancelled.
• Pahlawan4D reserves the right to void any bet that was placed as a result of a clearly erroneous price, odds, or game state caused by technical error, data feed failure, or human error.
• In the event of a voided bet, the original stake will be returned to the Player's account balance in full.
• Winnings resulting from exploited technical errors, bugs, or system malfunctions will be considered void. The Platform will not be liable for losses caused by such errors.
• Pahlawan4D may impose maximum win limits on any game or market. Where a winning amount exceeds the stated maximum, the payout will be capped at the maximum limit.
• Any attempt to use automated software, bots, algorithms, or artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage on any game or market is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any Platform content without prior written consent.
• Use any Platform content for commercial purposes or in any manner that could compete with or harm Pahlawan4D's business.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Pahlawan4D, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to:

• Your use of or inability to use the Platform or any Game.
• Any loss of winnings, revenue, profits, data, or goodwill.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of service, whether caused by technical failure, maintenance, or circumstances beyond our control.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain appropriate security of your login credentials.

Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your binding acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.
